How Does Riconco Quote and Invoice Projects? |
We use a few different methods based on the situation and the customer’s needs.
These Methods Include:
- Per Hour Basis – If the project is small and you already have a good idea of what you want we bill you hourly.
- Per Project Basis – If the project is larger we will bill for the project as a whole. This way, we can offer you a discount over the Per Hour basis.
- Per Performance Basis – this method is usually only used for ecommerce projects. Since ecommerce is very competitive nowadays it takes a significant investment in our part and some of our smaller/medium sized clients can not afford this investment on an hourly or per project basis. So as an alternative we take a small percentage of the sales that occur on your site that we contribute to. This way, we make money when you make money.

We generally require a percentage of the total proposal value as a deposit (25%-50%) before work can be started.
For clients we work with frequently, we can set up NET 30 terms.
